| 1 cup of coffee 1 tsp sugar 4 cl rum 1 bitter orange peel (or preserved orange peel) 1 stick of cinnamon whipped cream Stir sugar and rum, add bitter orange peel, fill the cup with hot coffee. Top with whipped cream and the cinnamon stick. |

| Café Diablo for Two | ||
| 2 cups of very strong black coffee 2 tsp sugar 1 stick of cinnamon 3 spoonful dark rum 2-4 cloves the peel of half an orange (cut in thin slices) 4 tsp cognac Melt sugar and 1 spoonful rum + the cinnamon stick at a gentle heat. Add the rest of the rum. Stick the cloves into the orange peels and put these on long forks. Dip the peels into the rum-mixture, lift up the forks and pour over cognac and lit with fire. When the flame dies out, dip the forks in the rum-mixture again and put in the hot coffee. Pour the Café Diablo into cups and serve. |

| 2 cups of hot, strong coffee 6 cl warm rum (for instance Jamaica rum) sugar whipped cream A true magic portion, a 'cure-all' drink against cold winds, cold feet and bad temper! The hot coffee and rum is poured into glasses or cups, add sugar to taste and stir. Top with whipped cream. |

| 1 small cup of strong coffee 2 cl white rum 1 clove grated orange peel 1 tsp sugar 1 cinnamon stick whipped cream Warm the rum with the clove, the orange peel, and the sugar. Add the hot coffee. Pour the drink into a warm cup and top with whipped cream. Stir with the cinnamon stick. |

| Approx. 1 ½ dl very strong coffee Approx. 1 ½ dl red wine 2 tsp sugar 4 sp vodka cream Stir the hot coffee, sugar, and red wine in a pot. Warm the mixture and add vodka. Serve the drink in glasses or cups. A little cream could be added. |

| Strong coffee 4 cl whisky 2 tsp soft brown sugar whipped cream Put the soft brown sugar into the glass, pour whisky over and stir. Fill up with hot coffee and add whipped cream on top. |

| Polar Coffee | ||
| 1 cup of strong, cold coffee vanilla ice or chocolate ice whipped cream cherry or cocktail berry Put two cubes of ice in a tall glass and fill the glass with cold coffee. Add whipped cream on top and a cherry or cocktail berry. To be served with a straw and a spoon. |

| Parisian Coffee for Four | ||
| 6 dl coffee 4 tsp sugar 8 cl orange liqueur 4 orange slices whipped cream grated chocolate Add sugar to the hot coffee and stir till the sugar has melted. Cool off. Pour orange liqueur into 4 tall glasses, add an orange slice to each glass and pour over the cold coffee. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate. |

| Coffee Rio for Four | ||
| 2 cups of coffee 2 cups of chocolate ½ litre vanilla ice 8 cl brandy Cool off the coffee and chocolate. Mix with brandy. Cut the ice cream into bars and put them into 4 glasses. Pour the coffee/chocolate/brandy-mix over the ice and serve. |

| 6 cl coffee 8 tsp sugar 4 cl dark rum 4 sp lemon juice 8 ice cubes Decoration: 4 lemon peel spirals sugar lemon juice Sweeten the coffee and cool off. Pour the coffee and the other ingredients into a shaker and shake thoroughly. Pour the mixture into 4 tall glasses. Moisten the edges of the glasses with lemon juice and dip into sugar, add a lemon peel spiral to each glass and serve. |

| 6 dl coffee 3 dl milk ½ ½ litre chocolate ice cream Cool off the coffee. Blend coffee, milk, and chocolate ice and serve. |

| 6 dl coffee 4 tsp sugar 1 ½ dl cream 8 ice cubes Sweeten the coffee and cool off, whip the cream and mix the whipped cream with the coffee. Pour into 4 tall glasses and add ice cubes just before serving. |

| Coffee Ice Cream Soda | ||
| 6 dl coffee 4 dl plain soda water ¼ litre chocolate ice cream ¼ litre vanilla ice cream whipped cream Cool off the coffee and pour into 4 tall glasses. Add the soda water and put a chocolate ice cream ball and a vanilla ice cream ball into each glass. Top with whipped cream. |

| 2 dl strong coffee
2 dl milk 1 dl cream 4 sp sugar vanilla sugar whipped cream Mix hot coffee, milk, cream, and sugar and cool off. Pour into four tall glasses. Put vanilla sugar into the whipped cream and put on top of the coffee drinks. |

| Ice Chocolate | ||
| 4 cups of chocolate ½ litre of vanilla ice cream grated chocolate Cool off the chocolate. Put the vanilla ice cream into 4 tall glasses, pour over the chocolate and put some grated chocolate on top. Serve with a spoon. |

| Chocolate/Mocha Shake | ||
| 1 cup of coffee
1 cup of milk 1 cup of chocolate 1 dl coffee cream ¼ litre chocolate ice cream whipped cream Mix coffee, chocolate, and milk and cool off. Put the coffee-mix, the coffee cream, and the chocolate ice cream into the blender and blend for 30 sec.s. Pour the shake into 4 tall glasses, add whipped cream on top. Serve with a straw. |
